Heather Buenting Maulsby is the surviving sibling of Rockwell City Police Officer Jamie Buenting. Following his line of duty death on September 13, 2013, she has attended National Police Week in Washington DC and has been very active with the Siblings Retreat each year. IA COPS has played a supportive role in her life, and Heather looks forward to being able to “Pay it Forward” as part of the organization.
