The Iowa Concerns of Police Survivors Black and Blue Ball will take place on February 22nd, 2025 at Prairie Meadows Casino located at 1 Prairie Meadows Drive Altoona, Iowa 50009.
The Black and Blue Ball will start with a cocktail hour at 5:00 p.m. with the event starting shortly after.
Tickets can be purchased individually for $115.00 or as a table of 10 for $1,040. Tickets need to be purchased together if you want to sit with a certain person or group of people.
In the notes portion of this form, please note your connection to law enforcement/corrections/dispatch/relative/supporter etc. You do not need to be a law enforcement officer to purchase or attend, but we would appreciate knowing your connection.
